Payment Terms and ConditionsThe cost of a puppy averages $1800-$2500 + sales tax and credit card fees if applicable. A deposit of $500 is required, which will be collected at the end of this application. Final payments should be paid by cash or cashier's check only. We will not accept personal checks. All transactions will include an additional 7% fee for Indiana Sales Tax. Your deposit will be applied to the price of the puppy and is non-refundable. The prices on the website are the prices honored. Please Note: The Adoption Fee is non refundable for any reason you do not want the pet you will Not receive a refund of any payments made. It is very important you read this and understand this completely.

I understand and agree to the Health Guarantee.Please note: Life-Threatening Congenital defects are serious issues that the puppy is born with and will not survive as a result. This does not cover Parvo, Parasites, or any common ailments. We have a rigorous de-worming protocol with a 90% success rate, however puppies can have parasites. You are asked to run a fecal at your first vet apt. and if treatment is needed we will mail it to you given the puppy was seen within 2 days. The stress of moving will cause dormant parasites to be seen and can be detected at the first visit.If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the animal, it will be exchanged for another puppy or dog of equal value of the customer’s choice at once, or when one is available, providing a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of animals illness and the animal is returned within the guaranteed time as stated above (2 days).It is understood that there is no other warranty made other than what has been stated above. In case of the death of this animal, an autopsy must be arranged for by the buyer and the findings submitted to Seller before any arrangements or exchange will be considered.The seller also assumes no responsibility for the buyer changing their minds for whatever reason once the Puppy/Dog or is in their possession (Coat Color, Coat Type, Markings, Size, and so on). Due to photos and visits when possible there is no reason for misunderstandings in this area. We cannot guarantee a specific adult color or size. Mother nature has everything to do with the adult appearance.Temperament and conformation are most important to us when making breeding decisions. If you do not understand this, please ask. We only offer exchanges we will not refund money if this is not agreed upon the sale will be canceled.

I understand the spay and neuter terms.There have been no breeding rights purchased and Buyer agrees to have the above-described puppy spayed/neutered. Proof of the spay/neuter must be received by the time the puppy/dog is one (1) year old. In the event the puppy/dog’s health does not allow the spay/neuter agreement to be honored, Seller must be provided a statement from your licensed veterinarian that this puppy/dog is not yet in physical/emotional condition for surgery. Based upon your licensed veterinarian’s evaluation of this puppy/dog the Buyer will contact the veterinarian and establish the earliest date that the spay/neuter can be performed and twill notify Seller of this amendment in writing. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER, NOT THE VETERINARIAN, to ensure the Seller has received verification that the surgery has been performed. Failure to comply with the spay/neuter portion of this contract by the time the puppy/dog has obtained the age of one (1) year, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be considered a breach of this Contract, and the Buyer will transport the dog/puppy back to Seller and will not be entitled to a refund. I understand that by completing this application, I will not automatically be approved to adopt from Brunsman Country Doodles, LLC. A telephone consultation will be conducted prior to accepting a deposit. Lastly, I understand that if I have given any false information or I have not completely answered all questions, this application will be automatically denied.
