Transfer Credit Analysis Request

This form is filled out by all students who wish to transfer existing academic credits towards their current degree program.
The transfer of academic credit earned at nationally accredited post-secondary institutions is considered on a case-by-case basis. The determination of which courses may be transferred and how many can be applied towards a degree at Reformed University is made by the Office of Academic Affairs.

Students may consult with their Program Director or academic advisor prior to submitting the request form.

Evaluations can take 2-4 weeks. Timeframes could vary due to the volume of transfer admission applications.

COURSE TRANSFER POLICY

For Undergraduate degrees at least 45 semester hours (15 courses) of the degree core courses and 18 semester hours (6 courses) in the area of general studies must be completed at Reformed University. Not more than 49% of the overall degree requirement can be achieved through the transfer of credit from other institutions. Only courses with grades of C or above will be considered for transfer into Undergraduate degrees. Only courses with grades of B and above will be considered for Graduate credit transfer.
