Board Hire terms & Conditions
* Nipper is to attend board training sessions throughout the season and compete at targeted Nipper Carnivals.
* Board is to be stored and transported inside a suitable board cover.
* Board is to be maintained in good condition. The board is to be washed after every use with fresh water, including the handles.
* If the board is damaged during the hire period, the board must be repaired immediately at the cost to the hirer and you must notify Gear Officer. A replacement board for hire may be organised at this time.
* If the Board is damaged beyond repair during hire of the board, the board must be replaced at the cost of the hirer. Please notify Gear officer immediately.
* Loss or non-return of the board will result in the hirer being responsible for the cost of a replacement board.
* Loss or non-return of the board cover will result in the hirer being responsible for the cost of a replacement cover.
* If at any time the JAG committee believes that the board is being misused and/or the above obligations are not being met; this agreement can be terminated with the board being returned immediately.
* On-going absence from training and non-attendance on Sundays may result in the board being reallocated.
* Board is to be returned at the end of the season and inspected by the Gear Officer. Any damage inspected on return will be repaired at the cost of the hirer.
* If the board is required for winter or pre season training you may seek approval from the Gear Officer and JAG committee for extended hire of the board at a cost of $50 for the off season hire. The board must be returned for inspection at the end/start of each season prior to extended hire.
