Delivery and Setup
Delivery and Setup are typically the night before the event after sunset or between 5 AM-8 AM on the day of the event.
**Time depends on our delivery schedule and may vary from these times.**
Please let us know if you have a preference for the time of delivery and we will do our best to accommodate.
Pick-up will be the day after your event between 8 am and 8 pm unless otherwise discussed.
We reserve the right to photograph your Yard Gram and use it for marketing or any other purpose.

Preparation
1. For safety, please make sure someone at the home or location knows a setup will be taking place.
2. Please water the lawn prior to our arrival. If you can't push a pencil into the ground, we likely cannot get our stakes into the ground. (this does not apply to the winter months. We will provide stands when the ground is frozen.)
3. Pets need to be secure inside the home or a fenced area for safety and to avoid disturbances.
4. Pet waste needs to be removed from the yard prior to installation.
5. Close blinds and limit barking dogs.
6. Turn off any sprinkler system for the evening. Sprinklers that run during the setup can knock cards over.
You are encouraged to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. (Please do not pull signs from the ground to pose with them).
