SUMMER CHILDCARE

Accepting students entering grades 1-6 for 2024/2025 school year.

Childcare Hours: 7:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. (Max 10 hours)

Registration Fee: $100/RCS student; $125/Non-RCS student

Weekly Rate: $310/student
Week 3 (July 1 - July 3): $260/student

CHOOSE YOUR CARE

A minimum of 10 full-time students must be enrolled each week or the week will be canceled. 

Medical / Emergency Release:

In the event of an emergency and all attempts to reach me have failed, and school authorities judge that immediate observation and/or treatment is necessary, I authorize and direct that my child receive such care as is necessary.  Emergency treatment may require notification of an Emergency Aid Unit (9-1-1).  Further treatment, based upon Medic evaluation and recommendation, may be given.  I understand that I assume responsibility for any payment of services rendered if required.

Financial Agreement and Policy

Late Pick-Up Fee: $15 per 5-minute segment

After 5:30p.m., a late fee will be assessed for every 5-minute segment of time, per student.

The completed summer registration form and registration fee must be submitted 2 business days prior to attendance.

All weekly fees must be paid in full by Thursday, one week in advance.

There are no refunds for any Summer Childcare absences.

Prepaid weekly fees are refundable with a 2-week advance written notice.

All RCS school balances must be current prior to registering for the Summer Childcare program.

By signing this financial agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the "Financial Agreement and Policies" of Rainier Christian Schools. I agree to abide by the policies and pay all fees accordingly.
