Monumental Baptist Church Scholarship Application

Here are some improtant things you need to know completing this form:

1) Must be a current year graduate of an accredited high school or possess the General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

2) Must be a member of Monumental Baptist Church for a minimum of 2 years.

3) Must be actively involved in one of the Church organizations/ministries for at least 2 years.

4) Must attend an University/College or Accredited Trade School* full time

5) Incomplete applications will be notified electronically, to resubmit within five (5) calendar days, from receipt of the communication.

All applications will be reviewed by the Higher Education Ministry for selection.
