Demand City Council Vote NO on the UDO
Changes to the UDO must be rejected. This will roll back the UDO to the version that was approved on April 18, 2020.
Whereas the City of Bloomington continues to proceed in its rezoning efforts that will impact the value of our homes, neighborhoods, and community for decades to come,
Whereas the process has been unsatisfactory to a large portion of the local population.
Therefore, we the undersigned property owners and residents in the city of Bloomington, County of Monroe, State of Indiana, demand that the Bloomington Common Council reject, the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) (Case #ZO-09-21), its associated amendments, and the associated map (Case # ZO-10-21).
