No further materials or equipment are needed

The Customer has inspected the worksite and accepts the completed work as-is

Full payment is now due without any dispute, delay, or deductions

The Customer waives any future claims or complaints related to damage, delivery, or equipment use

Any refusal or delay of payment may result in legal action and a mechanic’s lien being filed on the serviced property or associated project

4. Retainage & Lien Notice (If Applicable)
If a retainage amount was withheld, this document serves as official notice that retainage is now due in full. Upon receipt of final payment, Atlanta Grading Contractors LLLP will issue an Unconditional Lien Waiver.
