    I will work to get you the best price available, present the best options to enhance your experience, but mostly make planning for your vacation stress-free!

    This process allows us to work with serious clients only. People whom understand our time is valuable and are not looking to waste it.

    To hire our services, a $25 non-refundable Research Fee is required and is paid directly to DBD Travel Agency. The booking fee is valid for up to three package options - low, middle, and high for one location. This fee MUST be paid after completing this form.

    Once our research is done, the research fee is paid, and your package is presented, we can add or change whatever is needed in order to perfect your vacation package.

    Our services include, but is not limited to:
    - Arranging travel for business and vacation clients
    - Determining customer needs and preferences such as schedules and costs
    - Email/Text Message alerts and/or updates
    - Booking reservations for hotels, travel, and rental cars
    - Informing clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents such as passports and/or visas
    -Making alternate booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
    - A $20 Flight Booking Fee for AirBNB and Airport Services.

    Steps to Submitting a Travel Request:
    1. Complete Inquiry Form below.
    2. We will contact you to discuss your trip details.
    3. You're done, leave the rest to us :)

    Before You Book:
    1. Pricing is NOT guarantee until deposit is made.
    2. Quotes will be sent within 36-120 hours of receiving inquiry and research fee payment.
    3. We accept most forms of payments. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you via email for all trip payments.

    After You Book:
    1. Travel Insurance is non-refundable and is added to the deposit, if you choose to purchase it.
    2. After deposit is made, the reservation itinerary will be sent to you via email.

    Please keep in mind, prices quoted are subject to change without submission of the deposit.
