Location: The Art Bash takes place on 12 mile Road in downtown Berkley, Michigan. We close six blocks between the main roads, Coolidge & Greenfield. The city of Berkley runs along Woodward and borders the towns of Royal Oak & Southfield. It’s easily accessed from highways 696 and I75. Media Accepted: Fine arts and crafts of original design and execution are accepted. No commercially made molds, patterns, etc. may be used. The Fair Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entries and remove items during the fair not meeting entry guidelines or represented slides/photos.
Artist Perks: Some of the amenities we offer our artists are convenient drive up unloading/loading of displays, roomy tent spaces with storage and free nearby parking.
Publicity: Our advertising and promoting of the Art Bash includes: 22 large signs on Woodward & Coolidge one month prior to the show, banner over 12 Mile Road, press releases to every major newspaper in the vicinity, print ads in local papers, posters in local businesses, facebook and email campaign.
Artist Entry Requirements: Submit 5 color photos of your art work (4 of your product, 1 of a fully stocked booth) Please note photo uploads should not exceed being 1000 pixels wide. You can visit picresize.com to edit the size of your images if necessary.
For a 10x10 booth select the $100 option, select $135 for a corner booth*, not guaranteed, but will be refunded if cannot accommodate
$10 non-refundable application fee added at checkout
If event is cancelled due to state/local mandates then artist will receive refund minus the $10 application fee.
Exhibitors Are Responsible For:
-Providing their own display equipment and tent, which must have weights for their 10x10 space. *electricity is not available
-Displaying only their artwork as accepted by the jury. Only handmade products may be sold.
-Being present at their displays for the entire show 10-6 with no early breakdowns.
-Removing set-up vehicles by 9:30 am and cleaning up their booth area afterwards.
-Artists must comply with all state and local mandates at the time of Art Bash
