Description: This six-week program is designed to improve a soccer player’s ability to beat an opponent in a one-on-one situation. The program builds on the fundamental tactical and technical principles of attacking as an individual and introduces players to important technical building blocks of effective one-on-one attack. Each session features a demonstration of key movements followed by isolated player practice of the movement with instructor feedback. Most importantly, each two-hour session will include opportunities for players to compete in one-on-one competitions to apply the tactics and techniques practiced during the program
Eligibility: Players 13-19 years of age are eligible to participate . The session will be held weekly and will be two hours in duration. Pre Registration is required.
Cost: The cost is $100. Upon completion of the program, players will be provided with a written evaluation of strengths and weaknesses and recommended areas of improvement.
Equipment: Players must be properly equipped with soccer shoes, shin guards, socks, shorts, and shirt. Players must also bring a properly inflated soccer ball and adequate drink to last a two-hour session.
Schedule: The program starts on June 14, 2021. (Each Monday 6-8PM)

Week 3 – Basic Movements
Week 4 - Feinting While in Possession of the Ball
Week 5 – Techniques for Beating an Opponent
Week 6 – Dominating in 1 v 1 Situations

Instructor(s): Coach Jeff Trombly will be the lead instructor. Coach Trombly has extensive coaching experience in both the competitive club and high school levels of competition.
