HOW THINGS WORK:
1. Please make sure you read everything below before filling out the questionnaire.
2. Complete the questionnaire.
3. Text me to schedule a consultation.
4. Receive the Commission Agreement (within 48 hours of consultation) outlining what was discussed during the consultation and return it signed with deposit (within 48 hours) to secure start/completion date(s).
5. Once started, you can request written progress reports as well as digital images of progress.
6. Commission should be complete within 4-8 weeks unless otherwise discussed.
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT $444 (Included a non-refundable fee that cover my consulting/creating time as well as materials)

REFUNDS (MUST READ)
- OPTION 1: FULLY REFUNDABLE (MINUS $100 MATERIAL AND CONSULTATION COST) IF CANCELLED WITHIN 72HRS OF SENDING DEPOSIT
- OPTION 2: IF START DATE (LISTED IN CONTRACT) HAS PASSED, REFUND IS AVAILABLE IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT TO PURCHASE MERCH FROM MY SHOP OR ONE OF MY PARTNERS.
TIMEFRAME: From start date, commissions usually take between 4-8 weeks to complete. I try to incorporate delivery time in the timeframe so please be clear when selecting delivery method and inform me immediately of any changes. I do not rush my pieces. If more time will be required, I will let you know during the consultation. (Oil paint can have a much longer drying time. This estimate is based on acrylic)
PROGRESS REPORT: Progress of the project will be available at any point via digital images.
REPLICATION: In an effort to ensure true individuality for each client’s piece, I do not offer exact replication of a specific painting. I can however take an existing painting and put my own unique twist to it. Please keep in mind that exact color matching is not always possible with my methods but I do ensure quality work. Be as detailed as you would like in the additional comments section.
