BEFORE you book, please read: Hi there, thank you for your interest in getting a tattoo! Please fill out everything in this application for your tattoo idea, and make sure to be as detailed as possible. *The more material you provide, the better your tattoo will be!* While there is a bit of a wait, we will try our best to accommodate as quickly as possible. Please familiarize yourself with the provisions:

Vic is a tattoo artist in the NY/NJ metropolitan area regularly, travels regularly. Dates and locations are announced via IG and FB: @VicTamian . This application when BOOKED, puts you in contact with Vic Tamian or a member of the Victory Art and Tattoo staff.

PRICING: The minimum is $150, and the hourly rate for Vic is $280/hr (ask about the 4+hr day rate special for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit is required for your tattoo appointment, NO exceptions. While we can accept credit card (taxes and fees are added), for the NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit, we will ONLY accept cash for Vic on the day of the appointment. Please acknowledge the pricing estimate merely as a guide for when you bring cash to your appointment, but remember that the tattoo could come out to more OR less than the estimate. While we do not give piece prices at Victory *except for original pre-made flash*, we can manage an estimate for you based on hours for your tattoo, not necessarily price itself

BOOKING: Responses can take up to two weeks, unless otherwise specified. Keep an eye on your inbox, as we will send you: whether or not you need an in-person consultation before you book your tattoo appointment, and/or a link for you to leave a deposit online, or request for you to call the shop and leave a deposit with the front desk. If you wish to leave a deposit over the phone, only once you have been confirmed via email, phone, or in person by Vic, with a date and time, then you will be put on the schedule. Once you get your confirmation, you will have 48 hours to hold your spot to leave said deposit unless otherwise specified. Please understand that Vic is not able to take on every submission, and can only book so many people in each month. If Vic is not able to do the piece, there are other extremely talented artists at Victory in NYC and NJ who would love to help you with your request (and quickly too!)

CANCELLATION: We understand things happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so either in person or by phone (not voicemail or text or email) at a minimum of ONE WEEK BEFORE your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit. Same day cancellations and no-shows will result in a Blacklisting of both shop locations, and you will obviously lose your deposit. We allow a 15 minute grace period if you are to be late to your appointment, otherwise rescheduling will occur.

I thoroughly read and understand each and every section of this application. I understand that this is a contract and a commitment. I also understand that tattooing is an art form, and it takes many sessions to complete a large and/or very detailed piece.

I am solely responsible for correct aftercare and I will not blame the artist if I mess it up on my own. I made the choice to get this piece where I wanted it, and I do not hold the artist responsible if I suddenly decide I want to change it or if I suddenly dislike it. I do not hold the artist responsible for the design, especially in regards to personal information about the tattoo that I should know for myself, such as: correct dates, spelling, color, cultural significance, etc.
