How do I join one of your grouporders?
You can either comment on the post of the grouporder you would like to join, or you can send me the post through DM and ask if you can join. Sometimes you can only comment to join, but that will be listed clearly in the post description.
When do I pay you and for what do I have to pay?
1. Item, 2. Shipping to me*, 3. Shipping to you
* if the shipping to me is less then 50 cents per item I will add it to the shipping to you, you can find the amount you need to pay on the list on my website called 'incoming orders'.
How can I see which items I claimed?
When you claimed an item, it will be confirmed when you are tagged in the description of the go post. Later your 'username + claims + amount you still need to pay' can be found on the list on my site named 'incoming orders'.
Can I back out?
Only for interest checks you can, the moment I make a groupchat for payments you are too late to back out. Refer to my rules for more information.
When will my item arrive?
In the description of the go post you can find an 'ETA' (Estimated Time of Arrival). However shipping can sometimes be unpredictable, especially when the seller I buy my items from also still needs to recieve the item, it can take longer then I estimated. So please look at the given ETA as a reference, I can't promise the item will arrive by that time. Sometimes I really don't know when a grouporder will arrive, in that case I will list 'max. 6 months'.
Where can I find updates?
When I ask for payments for the grouporder I always make a groupchat with all the participants so I just have to send one message in the groupchat to update everyone who has joined that grouporder. You can find the name of the groupchat also in the post description.
How do you pack my item?
Envelops - cardboard (two sides if requested, shipping price will increase) and a layer of bubblewrap around the item.
Packages - depending on the item, most of the time two layers of bubble wrap and if needed padding material too.
What do I do if I still have questions?
You can always contact me if you have questions, preferable on the account that you are planning to buy something from / planning on joining a grouporder.

It doesn't matter if it is about collecting or not, if you feel like talking to someone but you don't know who you can talk to, my DMs are always open.
