    Thank you for helping us out with our episode all about the perspectives of those from Generation Z. We're looking to collect clips from our audience to include in this episode.

    1. When choosing a new product/service, where do you look for advice when choosing?

    1. What kind of financial services are more important to you, ones that help plan on the short term or the long term?
    2. If a large technology company like Apple or Google were to offer you a bank account with better features, would you trust them more than your current bank? Why or why not?
    3. What do you feel is overlooked by financial services companies for people your age?
    4. Do you feel it’s harder for you to make the most out of financial services in comparison to your parents? Why or why not?
    5. What newer products or services do you feel offers you the most control and insight into your financial position?


    Technology

    1. Do you prefer companies to create their own standalone apps or do you prefer them to be integrated into the products you already use?
    2. What are the most common reasons you would change the app you use? Does it mainly happen when your friends change their behaviour?
    3. What’s more important to you, features or design?
    4. How important is data privacy to you? Are you willing to sacrifice some privacy in return for richer services?
    5. What do you want to see more from in your technology? Artificial intelligence? Stability? Interaction with other services?


    Retail

    1. When looking to purchase something is having a physical store important to you?
    2. Do you think there is a future for physical retail? What does it look like to you?
    3. When choosing a retailer, what are the most important things that they offer you outside of the products you are buying?
    4. Do you prefer retail customer service to be invisible until you need it or proactive in engaging you?
    5. What would turn you off visiting a retail store or website?
