The Photographer retains the copyright to all images created as part of this agreement. The Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and share the delivered digital images for personal use only, including on social media. The images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without the Photographer's written consent.The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, marketing, advertising, website, social media, and promotional purposes. If the Client wishes to keep the images private, a written request must be submitted prior to the event, and additional fees may apply.The Client may not sell, publish, or enter the images into competitions without prior written permission from the Photographer. High-resolution digital images provided by the Photographer include a print release for personal use only.

Cancellation Policy

For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, the Photographer will do his best to accommodate and no cancellation fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable. If the Photographer is not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy. If client cancels the wedding/event 0-30 days from wedding/event date, client is responsible to pay remaining balance to photographer. If client cancels the wedding/event 31-360+ days from wedding/event date, client is not responsible to pay remaining balance to photographer.

Venue and Location Limitations

Responsibilities

The photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of the photographer including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the client or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the photographer, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. The Photographer is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage. The Photographer is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the event. The photographer will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at the event.

Limit of Liability

In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, or other cause beyond control, the Photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event.In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the Photographer’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the Photographer’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein.
