1. By selecting YES, I certify that I have reviewed the Rain Policy and understand that weather related cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Bubbuloso Foam Parties will reschedule the event for a future available date at no additional charge.
2. By selecting YES, I certify that I have reviewed the Cancellation Policy and understand that cancellations may only be eligible for a partial refund as outlined in the policy. I understand that Bubbuloso Foam Parties will reschedule my event for a future available date for free whenever possible.
3. By selecting YES, I certify that I have reviewed, understand, and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Bubbuloso Foam Parties. I understand that submitting this booking form and payment constitutes a legally binding agreement.
4. By selecting YES, I understand that foam may not be directed into a swimming pool due to safety concerns and potential effects on pool water chemistry.
5. By selecting YES, I agree to provide a working water source and electrical outlet within 75 feet of the setup area. If water or power are unavailable and the event cannot be performed, I understand that no refund will be issued.
