  • Service Re-do and Retail Sale Policy

    I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

    ​Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. Please select below if you agree to these terms and would like to continue with services.

  • Cancellation Policy

     

     

    To ensure the best scheduling for all guests, I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a $100 fee, payable before booking any future appointments.

    If you're running late, please communicate as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled. Time lost due to tardiness may result in a shortened session.

  • New Guest Deposit Policy

    New guests are required to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit when booking. This will be applied to your service total. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel outside the policy window or no-show. A card on file is required to secure your booking.
