Terms/Conditions

1. The portrait will be in the style of the artist's choosing. As there are variations in the creative process, the client should expect a unique likeness, representative of the subject. The portrait will be based on multiple images provided by the client. The artist will choose the primary images.

2. The artist reserves all copyrights and the right to use reproductions of the portrait to promote his work. This includes the right to display reproductions of the work on the artist's website or exhibitions, marketing and sales materials.

3. The client will arrange to pick up the unframed portrait from the artist's studio. (Delivery or shipping charges are extra and the responsibility of CLIENT.)

4. A 50% DEPOSIT is REQUIRED with BALANCE DUE UPON DELIVERY.

5. Upon submission of this form, Artist/Artist's Agent will contact you to confirm selection: answer any questions you may have and process your deposit.
