Please complete the form below for space at the event. We strive to not have duplicate vendors so registration is on a first come basis. This is a rain or shine event. Space Fee is $20 for a 10x10 Space, Booth fee will not be refunded due to weather. No refunds on cancellations. This is a Non-Smoking Event and Smoking in your space is not permitted.
You may arrive to set up your booth at 1:30 p.m. You must have booth ready to go by 3:00 p.m. Tear Down 9:00pm-10pm "once the crowd dissipates" usually 9:00pm. Please provide your own tables, table covers, decorations, signs and equipment. This is an outdoor event so you may want to have a canopy. Please be sure to bring proper weights or tie downs in case of wind. No electricity is provided and No Generators allowed. *** We Don't Anticipate This but Due to Covid this event may be postponed to a later date this year and your payment will be transferred to the delayed event**
