By making payment for our hire equipment you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
Pre-Authorisation on your Credit Card
A pre-authorisation on your credit card reserves your chosen equipment.
Already in Brisbane?
We will advise on availability and delivery date.
If the equipment is available and you agree to the delivery, we will process the charge on your credit card.
If it is not possible to provide the equipment for your dates we will advise you asap and no charge will be made to your credit card.
No refund is possible after the commencement of hire
Haven't arrived in Brisbane yet?
If your flight is postponed to another date we can either move the booking to future dates or cancel the authorisation.
If, when you land and are processed, you are notified that you will be quarantined in a Gold Coast hotel, please notify us asap and we will cancel the authorisation.
We endeavour to provide the most suitable spin bikes for the hotel quarantine environment. In the unlikely event there is a mechanical fault we will provide tools to assist in the repair or we will provide a replacement bike as soon as one is available. If you feel that the model is not what you expected or not the same as you have experienced in your gym spin class - no refund is possible. This is not a custom fit - we are providing the best available in stock for your height.
At the end of your hire
Please check with your hotel reception - you may need to leave the hire equipment at reception when you check out or they may instruct you to leave it in your room.
Usage of Equipment
Please note that prices are for the duration of your hire. No discounts are given for less than 14 days.
Your credit card is NOT CHARGED until we can confirm that there is availability. If any changes are required we will contact you.
