The remaining balance, if any, will be charged after our service is completed, during the checkout process. If you “no-show” your appointment or do not cancel within 48 hours of our scheduled time, the deposit will be non-refundable and serve as a cancellation fee. This policy helps protect our time together. Please be respectful—if you need to cancel or reschedule, just provide at least a 48-hour notice.For the safety and comfort of all guests, if you are experiencing any illness or flu-like symptoms, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
