    COVID-19 ADJUSTMENTS

With many uncertainties due to COVID-19, we are planning for a typical camp program with the following adjustments and/or safety precautions:

    • We anticipate that our COVID-19 health and safety policies will remain in effect with a focus on screening, cohorts, physical distancing, the use of personal protective equipment, and enhanced cleaning.
    • Field trips are all virtual.
    • Should the Ministry of Health identify that we need to limit the size of cohorts, spaces will be prioritized for essential workers as required by the Ministry and then by the date/time that the original camp registration was submitted.
    • If we need to cancel your space or the program does not operate, a full refund will be provided.
    • All campers registered in camp programs operated by CCLC will be required to complete our mandatory screening each day during their scheduled days.

The following are reminders for you in order to ensure your child(ren) have a great summer:

Please note the LAST DAY of Summer Camp is August 27th.  Unfortunately, due to our shared space contract with Stella Maris we are required to turn the classrooms over to the teachers as they must prepare for the 2021/2022 school year.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    • Hours of operation 6:00am – 6:00pm
    • Camp Begins TBD
    • Cost $30.00 per day. There is a 10% discount if you register for the full week.
    • Payments are to be made on a weekly basis.  Cheques to be made payable to Creative Child Learning Centre.  NO cash unless you have made arrangements with Kristie.
    • Label all of your child’s belongings.
    • Provide sunscreen and a hat. Please label.
    • We will provide a hot lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays a fee of $3.00
    • Provide your child each day with a lunch and two healthy snacks.

We look forward to having a fun-filled summer with your child(ren).
