條款及條件 Terms and Conditions
以下是比賽的條款及條件，所有參加者須接受未能符合任何條款及條件可能會被取消參賽資
格。The following terms and conditions apply to this Competition and by entering this Competition all
participants acknowledge that failure to comply with any of the Conditions may result in
disqualification
1. 參加者須保證其參賽作品是原創作品，並沒有侵犯任何人的版權；亦須保證作品從未被發
表或用作參加其他的比賽。作品不得有任何誹謗的內容。參加者須承擔侵犯知識產權的責
任，EcoDrive Hong Kong保留所有法律權利在就因遭申索而引起的損失向參加者尋求所有的賠償。
The participant warrants that the entry is the participant’s original work and it does not infringe the copyright of any person. The participant also warrants that the entry has never been published before or submitted to other competitions and it does not contain anything defamatory or libellous. The participant will be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights. EcoDrive Hong Kong also reserves the right to seek damages against the participant for any claim made against it to the fullest extent as the law permits.
2. 參加表格上須填妥正確的個人資料。
Entry forms must be completed with correct personal particulars.
3. 參加者須同意參賽作品的版權將屬EcoDrive Hong Kong所有。為免生疑問，參加者須同意EcoDrive Hong Kong可隨時把其參賽作品作任何用途剪輯、展示、複印、複製、供公眾下載或使用。
By entering this Competition, the participants agree that the copyright in the entries shall vest in EcoDrive Hong Kong absolutely. For the avoidance of doubt, the participants agree that EcoDrive Hong Kong may edit, exhibit, copy, duplicate, display on website for the public to download or use the entries for any purpose whatsoever at any time.
4. 參加者亦須同意EcoDrive Hong Kong有權把得獎作品及得獎者的個人資料（如姓名、就讀年級及學校名稱）公布在任何媒體作宣傳用途。
The participants also agree that EcoDrive Hong Kong has the right to publish the winning entries and part of the personal particulars of the winners (such as name and school name) in any media for publicity purposes.
