PYC Magnetic Name Tag & Emergency Placard Order Form
Name tags: Members may order Blue(Member), White(Cruising), New Member (Green) or Red(Junior) name tags. If you need replacement name tags for Bridge (gold), or P/C (silver), please contact the Membership committee, membership@poulsboyc.org and they will place that order for you.

Placards: We encourage all boaters to have an Emergency Placard visible to others outside your boat. The standard placard is 5x7.
