Job Description:
- Make and serve drink orders according to SOPs & deliver to customer within KPI timeframes
- Self-study of SOPs and complete regular Written and Practical SOP tests
- Take customer orders, including offering recommendations and up-selling
- Operate the POS system and other cash handling duties
- Prepare daily ingredients according to the daily quantities required (Daily Restock)
- Ensure all ingredient & supplies are topped up
- Check, sign off and unpack store deliveries
- Record temperatures of all fridges daily
- Keep all equipment/utensils and all parts of the store clean, tidy and safe
- Complete required store Checklists
- Participate in Team Meetings & Training Sessions
- Pay Attention to Team Safety & Store Surroundings

- Can work under pressure in a fast pace environment
