Classical music of northern India (Hindustani Sangeet), including traditional ragas (melodies) and talas (rhythms).Film songs, folk songs, popular songs. I understand that I will not learn these from Bansuri Bliss but am hoping that the knowledge of melody and rhythm I will acquire through a classical music training will enable me to learn such music on my own and play with more freedom, feeling and creativity.
