PLEASE NOTE: Pump installations typically require a lead time of 5 working days and are only carried out by Ecoflow technicians in certain areas.
As a note - in the future, you can submit requests for pump installation and commissioning directly on the Ecoflow website under the "contact us" option if that is more convenient.
Alarm Panel has been installed
Please Note: If your Alarm Panel has not been installed, you will need to arrange this before booking your Pump Installation.
Power has been connected to the Alarm Panel. And is power ON to the alarm panel?
Please Note: If you power has not been connected to the Alarm Panel you will need to arrange this before booking your Pump Installation.
Tank installed and discharge line connected to the receiving network?
Please Note: If your discharge line has not been connected to the receiving network you will need to arrange this before booking your Pump Installation.

Please ensure you have checked the above items are correct as there is an additional $250 incl GST callout fee if the system is not ready for the technician and a return visit is required.
