We recommend that you do around 2 - 3 classes at least on a weekly basis. We will use these slots to schedule your workshops & courses . Ex:- Monday , Wednesday , Friday 3 PM -4PM ; Tuesday , Thursday , Saturday 7AM - 8AM. Please share carefully. You would be expected to be available at these slots unless an extreme emergency.
