Safe Space Movement Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement

As a volunteer for Safe Space Movement, you may have access to (or may learn of) information of a confidential nature including personal volunteer, donor and/or client details. Confidential information includes the contents of WhatsApp chat groups, which some of you may be a part of. No details should be disclosed to people outside of the movement without prior consent from Dan or Hattie.
When someone gives us any confidential information, they need to have complete faith that we will not pass this on to anyone else without their prior permission. The only exception to this is if you have been party to any information which raises a concern to you, such as asafeguarding matter. In this case, we ask that you inform Dan or Hattie in the first instance.
We also want to be clear that no information/articles/contributions will be edited and published without prior consent from the author. All content writers will be given the choice to write anonymously or with as much, or as little personal information as they wish.
Confidential information includes (but is not limited to): data collection system entries, spoken and written words, presentations, printed documents, loose notes, diaries, memoranda, drawings, photographs, electronic, magnetic and optical storage, and computer printouts.

I understand that while volunteering with Safe Space Movement I may come across information that is confidential.
I agree that I will never disclose such confidential information to anyone outside of the movement, subject to the exception outlined above.
I also agree to respect the intellectual property of Safe Space Movement and not to pass on any forms or documentation I may create or use in the course of volunteering for Safe Space Movement to anyone outside of the movement.
I understand breaches of this agreement could result in termination of volunteering with SafeSpace Movement.
