Please Send a close up Photo of your Brows Without Makeup to (860) 849-6881 or ilashct.info@gmail.com. Make sure there is good lighting. Hold the camera about 6 inches from your face. The picture should be able to show both eyebrows. Don't forget to remove your glasses and remove your makeup. Sample is shown below. Please see image #1. How to prepare for service?
- Bring your brow or lip makeup to the appointment
- Appointments generally take between 3-4 hours, please plan accordingly. You can bring a light jacket and snacks. Make sure you eat well prior to srrival.
- The healing process takes about 7-10 days. It is recommended to schedule your appointment after vacations and special events as you cannot tan, perform intense exercise, or wear makeup the day of the service and days following your appointment.
- Avoid aspirin, alcohol, drugs 24 hrs prior to service as these increase blood flow and bleeding. Excessive bleeding dilutes the pigment during the procedure and will negatively impact results. In some cases, the application will need to be prematurely stopped or ill require an additional session.
- Do NOT pick/tweeze/wax/perform electrolysis 1 week before the procedure.
- Do NOT tan 1 week prior to the service, or have a sunburned face.
- Do NOT have any type of facial service 4 weeks prior to the procedure.
- Do NOT have Botox 3 weeks prior and 3 weeks after the procedure.
- Do NOT tint your eyebrows 7 days prior to the procedure.
- It is best to wait until your skin is Not sunbirned before booking in for a procedure.
- The shape of the eyebrows/ lips is calculated according face morphology and features. Come ready to relax when you first come in for service. It is more easy to do the measurements when the eyes are closed and relaxed.
- The pigment is chosen to match the natural hair of the eyebrows color. An app is used to calculate balance between the brows while the client’s eyes are closed, because in that way brow muscles are relaxed, and measurements are more precise. Color will vary from client to client.
- Guests are Not allowed during service due to the nature of the service.

Previous Cosmetic Tattoo Work Policy

At this time, Ilash CT Studio is not accepting correction or touch-up appointments for work done by another artist.

Touch-up and follow-up services apply only to clients who received their original brow service at Ilash CT Studio.

If you have previous permanent makeup, your brows must be 90-95% faded to be considered for new work in the future. In some cases, lightening or laser removal may be required before becoming eligible for treatment. Please note that not all previous work is correctable.

If you’ve had your brows done by a different artist, you may email a clear, close-up, front-facing photo of both brows without makeup, glasses, or filters for review.

Deposit Required:

A $75 deposit is required to hold the appointment. This deposit goes towards your service and it is Non refundable. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, client will forfeit deposit, appointment and a new appointment with a new deposit will be required to reschedule at a different day. Cancellation fee $75 will apply if the optimization appointment is missed.
