Loan Terms and Conditions

Ownership

The hire device shall always remain the property of Altus Education Partnership.

Your obligations:

I will only use the device and any related technologies for educational and professional purposes or for uses deemed ‘reasonable’ by the Principal/CEO or Trust board.
I will not damage or tamper with the device.
I will not attempt to open/split the device.
I will not share access passwords for the device with others.
I will not install software onto the device without permission.
I will ensure that the device is always in my possession or in a secured locked location.
I will allow IT staff to inspect the device when requested to do so.
I will notify the academy immediately in the event that the device is lost, stolen or damaged whilst hired to me.
I will return the device at the end of the defined loan period or there will be fines imposed.
I will not sell or otherwise dispose of the device.
I am aware that if any items are not returned on time I will be fined.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

If you break this agreement, we may terminate this agreement and the hired device with any related technologies will need to be returned immediately.

Leaving the Academy

If you should cease to be a member of Altus Education Partnership or any of it's academies, you must immediately return the device and any related technologies to the institution.
