Iowa City Kickers

• Kickers helps support families who are experiencing financial limitations.
• Financial aid is available for outdoor leagues.  
• If eligible, players can register with a 50% reduction in fees.
  
• If eligible, players will receive uniform shirts at NO charge.  (Do not order a uniform as you go through the registration steps.)
• This application must be completed each soccer season.
• All information is confidential and is not a matter of public record.
• You will be notified of your approval or denial by email.
• Once approved, you will be given a discount code to use when registering on the League Apps site.  This is just a financial aid eligibility form.  Completing this form, does not mean you have completed registration with Iowa City Kickers. 
• If players portion of payment is not received via the League Apps registration site at the time of registration, registration will be voided.

*Income is defined as any monies earned before any deductions such as income or social security tax. It includes monetary compensation for services including wages or commissions, gross income from self-employment, social security, public assistance, welfare, unemployment payments, contributions from others not living in the household or any other cash income. This amount can be found on line 7 of your 1040 form.  Do not round up or down when reporting income.
