Deeper is an action-packed Christian camp for teens in the WNY area. The dates are June 3rd - 4th. The location is Broadway Hope, 6101 Broadway Street, Lancaster, NY. The event starts at 4 pm on Friday and ends at 4pm on Saturday. The cost is $40 per camper. One night's stay, dinner, breakfast, lunch and swag included. As part of Deeper, participants will be taking part in a low ropes course. Broadway Hope requires that anyone planning to participate in the course print, fill out and bring this form to Deeper.
I am hereby giving my child named above permission to go to Deeper. I understand that the staff and volunteers of Steps Ministries, Christians United for Buffalo Inc., New Covenant Church, and Broadway Hope. Inc. cannot be held liable should my child be involved in an accident. I also understand that my child is to follow the leaders’ instructions at all times and is never to wander off on their own. I understand that measures are being taken to appropriately social distance according to Erie County guidelines and that the staff, board members, and volunteers of Steps Ministries, Christians United for Buffalo Inc., New Covenant Church, and Broadway Hope Inc. cannot be held liable in the case that my child should contract COVID-19 at the event. In case of an emergency, I give permission for medical treatment to be performed on my child.
