Update: Boat bay staff must be notified if coming on none scheduled practice times. Boat bay has the right to refuse athletes going out on the water due to poor weather conditions. Boat bay may be CLOSED on weekends earlier than what is expected.

Parents of Paddlers age 15,16,17 must complete this form in order for the paddler to paddle on non-training days. This is for the 2021 on-water season only.

This is for CCC Sprint Team members and for use of their private boats stored in the Canoe Club. Note, upon arrival please check in with boat bay staff and supervision is not provided. Paddlers must be trained and competent. If boat bay staff does not feel it is safe for you to paddle, they may not let you on the water at any time.
Signing in and out with Boat bay is REQUIRED:
- As a means for contact tracing, if needed
- To ensure paddlers are minumum age 15
- Important - staff can refuse due to poor weather
- Boat Patrol hours are limited in the fall season.
Paddlers must adhere to all existing rules:
- The paddler must check in with Boat bay staff who will facilitate your retreival of the boat.
- Wear a mask while inside boat bay
- Wear a well fitted and certified PFD
- MUST Paddle with a partner (unless parent is supervising)
- Paddle within 50m of shore at 'all' times
- COLD water policies are in effect
