    Used to help match potential families looking to adopt with dogs in our program seeking loving homes.

  • $500 Adoption fee for Project Freedom Ride Dogs Requiring Transport (includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, registered microchip, negative heartworm test - if age appropriate, and/or heartworm treatment, negative fecal, and health certificate. This includes adoption & transport)

    $300 LOCAL Adoption fee for Project Freedom Ride Dogs (includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, registered microchip, negative heartworm test - if age appropriate, and/or heartworm treatment, & negative fecal)

    Adoption Fees are payable via Donation made through Venmo or Paypal (adopter covers PayPal fees).

  • Sumitting this application does not mean you are commiting to a dog, nor does it guarantee you will receive a dog.  It is simply a tool we use to help match dogs in our programs with the best potential family where they can thrive.

    A successful adoption is about placing the right humans with our dogs. We take this process very serious. Please help us with this process by answering the following questions honestly & completely. THANK YOU!

  • I understand that completing this application does not guarantee I will be allowed to adopt a dog, and that the application is a tool to help Project Freedom Ride match dogs and awaiting families while trying to make sure it is the best fit for both humans & canine.  I acknowledge that all information provided on this form is true and correct.  I also certify that I have never been convicted of animal cruelty or neglect.  

    I agree to allow a representative from Project Freedom Ride or partnering rescue to contact my  personal references & vet for a reference and also agree to allow a home visit  and/or video call prior to adopting this dog. If I am approved to adopt a dog, I agree to pay the above listed adoption fee.

    I understand that all dogs through Project Freedom Ride and it's Texas Rescue Partners will be spayed/neutered, heartworm tested & either negative or treated, fecal tested (if adopted through PFR), have a negative fecal within 21 days of transport, be up to date on vaccines prior to adoption, and receive a health certificate (if not a local adoption).

    Project Freedom Ride & it's Texas Rescue Partners reserves the right to reject any application based on information obtained during this screening process.  Please understand that our primary goal is the health, happiness, and safety of our rescued dogs.
