In the event of camper illness or in the event that the clinic is canceled or the capacity is reduced due to Covid 19 policies, the registration fee will be refunded to your credit card. AISD Covid 19 precautions will be followed. As these precautions change periodically, specific precautions and measures taken will be emailed prior to the clinic.

I give staff permission to act for me, according to their best judgment, in any and all emergencies.
