PERMISSION TO SIGN-IN/OUT CANBERRA THEATRE
Parents can give permission for Students 13 to 17 years of age to sign themselves IN and OUT for the Rehearsals & Show Day without a parent or guardian present. Students without this permission will be required to be signed IN & OUT by a parent or guardian. This permission is only for SIGN-IN and SIGN-OUT times listed in the schedules.

Please submit this form by Friday 14 November. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS PAST THIS DATE

It is a requirement of Canberra Theatre that once the sign-in process is complete all cast and staff remain inside the theatre until the end of the rehearsal/show sign-out process. Cast and staff will not be able to come and go.
