Antique Vendor General Information
If we have questions about your products, we will call you to get clarification. Vendor spots are limited. Your spot is confirmed and reserved once products approved and payment received. There will be a processing fee charged on all payments made via credit card.
Vendor spaces will be setup on the inside of our venue. If guests would like to attend the Hubb's Farm Corn Maze & Fall Festival, they will need to purchase tickets for that event, too.
Setup: 7:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. All vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 9:30 a.m. or must be small enough to fit and remain inside their vendor booth space for the duration of the event day.

Antique Vendor Entry Fee
Early Bird Vendor Entry – Application & payment received by September 15, 2021 - $45 per 15 x 20 space. Includes both Friday &/or Saturday. The price is the same whether you choose to attend one or both days.
Vendor Entries After September 15 - Application & payment received after September 15, 2021 - $55 per 15 x 20 space. Includes both Friday &/or Saturday. The price is the same whether you choose to attend one or both days.
What is the vendor application and payment process?
Vendor application & payment must be received to confirm your vendor space(s) before the event. Application & Payment Link is available on our FB Events page and on our website at www.hubbsfarmnc.com. If you need a larger space, you will need to purchase multiple spaces. Once we receive your application and payment, we will review the application and then you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not hear back within 5 days of submitting, please contact us at (910)564-6709.
Can Vendors pay entry fee by cash instead of online with credit card?
We will accept cash at the office along with your application. You will need to call the office at (910)564-6709 to arrange a time.
What vendor products will be allowed?
Antiques, Collectibles/Memorabilia will be permitted. Examples include, but not limited to Country Store Memorabilia, Oil/Gas Petroliana, Old Bottles, Old Farm Equipment, Old Tools, Feed & Seed Signage, Antique Furniture, and Repurposed Barn Wood Items to name a few. Our definition of antiques is anything 100 years or older. Our definition of Collectibles/Memorabilia is anything of interest to collectors that includes – pre90s. A few good examples would be old records, porcelain signs, vintage toys, old farm equipment and tools, etc. Old barn doors and repurposed old barn wood items are permitted (furniture/tables, chairs). If you have any questions, be sure to give us a call.
What is Not allowed?
We understand that some reproduction pieces are also popular and collectible, but if you have such items, we request that you give full disclosure to buyers/potential buyers or do not bring. And be sure to note these type items on your vendor application.
NON-Antique Resale booths will not be permitted in the SAMCO Antiques Festival area. Example: New/resale products (ex. Avon, Paparazzi, Pamper Chef). Used clothing (unless vintage & preapproved). If we have these type resale vendor booths, they will be located in a different location.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Please keep in mind that this is a rain or shine outdoor event. We only closed IF weather is too dangerous to be out such as a hurricane.
What does a Vendor Pass Include?
Vendor Pass Includes a 15 x 20 space (additional space may be added). Two General Fall Passes for Hubb’s Farm Activities Area. Any additional vendor guests, vendor family members/children will need to purchase passes for the event and/or to participate in the Hubb’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch Fall Activities. Hubb’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch Tickets are sold online at www.hubbsfarmnc.com or follow link on our FB page under events. As a vendor, you may bring your own food/picnic baskets.
Can we park behind/beside our vendor booth?
You may park your vehicle or trailer at the back of your vendor space if it fits in your 15 x 20 space and doesn’t interfere with your vendor neighbors. Large vehicles or trailers that do not fit, will need to be unloaded and moved to the general parking lot near entrance by 9:30 a.m.
The general parking area will be within a short walking distance of the antiques area.
Will food vendors be onsite?
There will be food vendors onsite on Saturday. We are working on securing a food vendor(s) for that Friday. We will announce on social media pages closer to date.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. Antique vendors may bring their own picnic style lunches. No open flames or grills permitted.
Vendor Tents are permitted. Pop up tents work well. Tents must be secured with weights or ground stakes and fit into your space.
If camping, you will need to call Tammy at (910)564-6709 to confirm. Camping is primitive camping only (no bath houses, no water/sewage). We do have plenty of potty jons and hand washing stations.
Camping - Will there be overnight camping for Vendors?
Overnight camping is possible, must be prearranged and confirmed by calling Tammy at (910)564-6709. Camping onsite at Hubb’s Farm is primitive camping only (no bathhouse) but we do have plenty of potty jons and hand washing stations.
Primitive Camping $15 per night. If you need a hotel or bed and breakfast, we are a short drive from Clinton, Dunn & Fayetteville, NC.
There are a few spaces with access to electricity. If you require electricity, please contact Hubb’s Farm to discuss details before event date.
Yes. There will be potty jons onsite.
Are coolers allowed?
Yes. Vendors may bring your own coolers/drinks/snacks. No glass containers/bottles. No alcoholic beverages allowed.
How much is the general admission pass to the Antiques Festival?
$7.00 per person online - ages 12 and up.
At the gate in person cash admission $10.00 - ages 12 and up.
How much is the Hubb’s Corn Maze & Fall Festival Admission?
The admission price for Hubb's Corn Maze and Fall Festival is $18 per person for ages 2 and older. All tickets are sold online. Individuals who purhase a pass to Hubb's Farm and Fall Festival will have access to the Samco Antique Festival. All tickets are sold online on our website or FB Events Page. Pumpkins are sold separate. Pumpkins may or may not be still available since it will be the end of the fall season.
How much would Both the Hubb’s Corn Maze & Fall Festival Activities and the Antiques Festival Combo price be?
Individuals who purchase admission to Hubb's Farm Corn Maze and Fall Festival will have access to the Samco Antique Festival.
Will tickets be sold at the gate?
All Hubb’s Farm Corn Maze & Fall Festival tickets are sold online on our website at www.hubbsfarmnc.com, and ticket link on our FB Events. If you arrive at the gate and need tickets, ask for assistance. The ticket link is located on our website and our FB Events link to process online.
Are there tables/chairs nearby for Vendors?
We recommended that you bring easy pop-up chairs for your booth workers.
There will be seating/picnic tables available at the Picnic Pavilion (first come, first serve picnic tables).
Where will the vendors be located?
Current setup location will be on the left side of the farm. When you stand in front of the admission gate facing the farm, then on your left.
Are golf carts/ATVs allowed?
No. Only golf carts/ATVs operated by Hubb’s Staff will be allowed.
If someone purchases a large item too heavy or bulky like furniture, how will they pick up?
There will be a designated area/path that a vechicle can pick up heavy items.
Will there be food/food trucks?
We will have fair style fun foods and food vendors onsite on Saturday. We will look into having a food truck here on Friday.
If I own a food truck, how may I join your event?

2. All food truck vendors must fill out a food truck application – application link is on website and located on Hubb’s Farm FB events.
3. Proof of Insurance is required.
4. Pic of Grade is required.
5. Summit a Pic of your set-up.
6. Summit your menu - we try not to duplicate menus.
NOT ALLOWED – Pets/Animals (documented service animals are allowed), Glass Containers, fireworks/exploding devices of any kind, weapons or any kind, drugs, drug paraphernalia, kites, audio recording devices (concerts/movies), professional video or photography equipment, ATVs, Golf Carts, Laser pointers. Disruptive behavior of any kind. These are off limits for the safety of guests, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. More ‘NOT ALLOWED’ items may be added if needed at any time.
