Tiana's Tea, is an organization created to encourage women to become their greatest selves. We exist to empower women to rise above adversity, circumstances or situations that would dictate, they can't reach their highest potential in life. We teach women to rise above the obstacles and push past their comfort zones and to use the power and potential they have within. We are dedicated to showing women how to confront the cycles, patterns, hindrances and dysfunctions that have held them back, delayed the fulfilling of their purpose and activation of their gifts and talents. Ultimately our desire as a women's organization, is to instill value, identity and self-worth into women. We understand that when women know who they are, respect who they are and value who they are, they invest in their education, their careers, their children and their families, which results in a more productive community and society.

As you are aware, Tiana's Tea Inc. is a Non-Profit women's empowerment organization, focused on improving the relationships amongst women. We believe by building a sistership that supports, encourages, empowers, uplifts and celebrate women, we can help bring healing and wholeness to each other, while helping to discover our authentic selves and moving from a place of stagnancy into flourishing and purpose.

We host approximately 5 major events per year and the following questions are pertaining to such:
