TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

DEPOSITS

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. JUST4FUN services require a minimum deposit of $50. There are no cash or card refunds.

All balances are due 24-48 hours before the event. JUST4FUN Staff are not allowed to collect cash on the event date nor do they carry cash for safety reasons.

Please note JUST4FUN begins events based on the contracted booked time not the time your guests show up. While we empathize, we must honor the contracted time in order to ensure punctuality for all scheduled events for that day.

In the event that JUST4FUN Staff arrives late due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control we will still honor your full contracted service time. Please note that it is not the intention of our company to be late as we practice timely productions.

Any games and other activities with character(s) should allow adequate space to accommodate the character’s movement and the safety of your child (ren) and guests.

WEATHER
JUST4FUN will not issue a refund due to inclimate weather cancelations. The client may reschedule an event for a date that is mutually conducive for all parties [IF AVAILABLE).

CHARACTER ABUSE

We ask that you control your guests (children and adults alike) and refrain from touching the faces of character(s) or attempting to remove the heads, kicking, hitting, pulling on a character(s) clothing or any violent act(s) to the performer(s).

Such actions are IMMEDIATE grounds for departure. If for any reason the environment becomes hostile or unsafe WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FROM ANY EVENT/PARTY WITH NO REFUND ISSUED ONCE THE CHILDREN/GUESTS BECOME ABUSIVE OR DISORDERLY WITH ANY STAFF OR CHARACTER(S) OF JUST4FUN ENTERPRISES.

DAMAGE TO COSTUMES

The client will be held responsible for any damages that occur to the costume(s) or bodily injury of person(s) as a result of excessive abuse from children/guests.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

All character costumes are generic and are not affiliated, licensed,or associated with any corporation or trademark. It is not our intent to violate any copyright laws.

The characters are not the name brand copyrighted character and we do not attempt to market them as such. Any resemblance to a known character is incidental and unintentional.

Should you have the need for a licensed or copyrighted character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for that character.

We only accept bookings from individuals who are aware and informed that we do not represent any licensed characters.
