Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

Course Cancellation:
- No refund will be made to delegates who fail to attend theory sessions or do not complete the course.
- Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) working days before the course commences; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
Disclaimer:
- DART Direct reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time.
- We also reserve the right to amend course content in line with regulations and industry best practices.
Theory Test Re-Sits & Programme Removal:
- Candidates who fail their theory tests will be liable for the re-sit fee.
- We do not offer learning support for re-sits.
- If a candidate fails their theory test more than three (3) times, DART Direct reserves the right to remove them from the programme and retain their deposit.
