Occupant's Alternate Mailing Address/Information:
PLEASE READ: As an Occupant, you are not required to have an Alternate Contact. However, it is your sole advantage to have one and California law mandates that we give you the option to provide an Alternate Contact. Preliminary Lien and Lien notices, under the terms of your MAS Rental Agreement, will be sent to both your mailing address and to your alternate mailing address, if you have provided one. The alternate mailing address provides another way to receive your notices, should you not receive the notice sent to your primary mailing.
Please note, this is NOT an additional "Occupant". This person can not make changes to the contract or sign any documents on behalf of the Occupant.
