1. We take pride in providing Elite service from start to finish. Our main Priority is you with proven results. Our individual services are designed to help you identify market savings that you would have otherwise missed.
2. In exchange for our Locator Services to you, we would appreciate it if you would agree to use us as your only Real Estate Agent during this process and inform us if you wish to discontinue our relationship. We are paid our commission once you sign your lease agreement and will give you 110% as long as you allow us to work with you.
3. Application Fees covers Credit Report & Score -Background Report -Application fee (Single Applicant $150) (Double Occupancy $225) Which covers (credit/background report and processing) There is an extra $35 fee for any additional applicant that needs to be added. Every contract to offer is an offer that you make on the property all offers does not get accepted right away, some may even be denied. The owner has the right to approve any applicants or deny them. Elite Realty agents are not responsible for any denied applications once an offer is denied you can continue to have agent view other listings and keep making offers until one is accepted.
