A retainer of 60% any amount over $1000.00 is required to iniate this Investigation. Under $1000.00 must be paid in full. Secureguardllc, agrees to appear in court and cooperate fully with the client and his/her attorney concerning this evidence. The hourly rate is $65.00 per hour and any other expenses. Miliage expenses for all cases is .70 per mile.

Secureguardllc, agrees to prepare a written report, present evidence, sworn statements and all pertinent information for the client in regards to the above stated Investigations, research or surveillance. Secureguardllc shall at all times have the right to refuse to engage in conduct which in the judgement of its management, is improper, illegal, or involves too great a risk tothe investigator.

Secureguardllc, will not be liable by any parties use of any or all information provided. Client agrees to indemnity and hold Secureguardllc harmless for all damages, claims, or losses suffered as a result of third parties relating to users use of the data provided by Secureguardllc. Secureguardllc has the right to refuse any request. Any misrepresentation of information made to Secureguardllc witheld by the client that is pertinent to this Investigation will render this contract null and void.

The above arrangements will continue until completion, unless terminated by the client through telephone or written correspondence. The client will be charged $75.00 upon termination of this agreement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS

If you feel your husband, wife, boyfriend or girlfriend is cheating on you, be sure to tell us everything. As your Private Investigator, we are only able to get you the proof and evidence you need if you tell us the whole story. Anything less can have a dramatic effect on our ability to get you the information you seek. Although we are Private Investigators in the industry specializing in infidelity and cheating cases, we are not magicians! We cannot make things happen that don't exist. We cannot find infidelity where it does not exist and sometimes, despite signs to the contrary, their is no infidelity or it is too frequent or too well hidden to be found. Accordingly, we do not guarantee.
