What to Expect

2. We will place the order on your behalf with ZRT Laboratory as a registered provider.

3. We will contact you for payment.

4. ZRT will ship the kit directly to you.

5. Follow the instructions enclosed in your kit and mail it back to ZRT.

6. Your lab results will be shared with Valor, and a PCCA HRT Certified pharmacist will contact you to review your results and make any recommendations for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, as appropriate.

7. Your pharmacist will contact your provider on your behalf to coordinate care.
