Fine Vines Festival will return in spring 2022 from 14-23 October to celebrate the brilliant wine, food and people of the Margaret River Wine Region. The 2021 program saw over 30 events involving 80 local producers across 42 venues with 3500 attendances, of which over 50% were overnight visitors.
Event organisers are strictly accepting Expressions of Interest between February 9, 2022 and May 4, 2022. We strongly suggest you consider event concepts that are scalable to fit with any COVID-19 restrictions. Please read through the 2021 Fine Vines feedback below when considering your event concepts for 2022.
2022 Dates: Friday 14th October - Sunday 23rd October.
What we are looking for:
- Businesses interested in creating and implementing a suitable and unique wine event for the Fine Vines Festival brand, which is exclusive to the program and not available at any other time of the year.
- A mix of free-entry (pay-as-you-go) and ticketed events.
- Events that hero our locals and local stories.
- Events that are unique to the program, aren't currently being offered to your wine club and not currently being run by your team in other parts of W.A.
Fine Vines 2021 Feedback:
- Guests loved the diversity of the program and the range of events from stand up social to decadent sit down.
- Open Vineyards was a stand-out event on the program and we will be looking to bring this back in 2022.
- Inclusion of some events with a lower price point
- Inclusion of transport options with your event
Cost:
Fine Vines Festival works with a two-tier marketing fee approach to ensure small-style venues and producers can participate in the program, while working towards a sustainable event structure that will allow Fine Vines to continue in the future. Please get in contact with festival organisers to discuss which tier is right for you.
Intimate Event - $500 plus GST
- Inclusion under the Fine Vines Festival umbrella and associated marketing.
- Inclusion in the Fine Vines printed program
- Dedicated event page on the Fine Vines website, including ticket link
- Ticket sales setup on Humanitix and all ticket sales management
- Setup of a Facebook Event Page
- At least one (1) boosted/paid post on Facebook and Instagram
- 2 x tickets to Fine Vines launch party (event details TBC)
- Risk Management Plan template
- At least one (1) face-to-face meeting with event management team
- Face to Face meetings with Event Organisers, as well as ongoing communication and support with planning, marketing, promotion and rollout of event
- Corflute Directional signage
Large-scale events - $900 plus GST
- Large-scale events receive all associated benefits of Intimate Events, plus:
- Promotion of your event and relevant business news/imagery through selected marketing activities (social media, public relations, advertising)
- Confirmed Photographer and Videographer at your event
- Your event pitched to media
- Larger event listing in program (1/2 page)
- 4 x invites to the Launch Party
