South Coast Retreats Caravan Booking Form

Please fill in the booking form below for all bookings. We require all sections to be fully completed. This allows us to register your booking with Seal Bay Resorts which is a requirement of our licence.

If you want to pay directly rather than using our website or third party site (such as airbnb). We will email you a booking confirmation, along with an invoice and details for where the booking deposit and balance payments are to be made

We reserve the right to refuse your booking if certain requirements are not met - namely we would breach the terms of our licence by accepting your booking.

If booking directly, please don't forget to submit the booking deposit (or full payment if it is less than 6 weeks until check-in) within 24 hours after receiving your invoice.

I understand that Entertainment Passes are required to enter swimming pools venue/activity subject to capacity etc. These ARE NOT included in the price of my stay. I understand that these are available to purchase from Seal Bay Resort either online via a link sent by Seal Bay Resort a few days before arrival if we have requested to purchase them or directly from Seal Bay reception once the hire commences. These passes allow but do not guarantee access to enter swimming pools venue/activity subject to capacity etc
Electric Vehicles*

I understand that electric vehicles are NOT allowed to be charged from the caravan as part of the site licence. Doing so may result in expulsion from the site without refund and recovery of costs incurred.
