  • Party is responsible for their clean up after event. Reset room and restrooms to original setup, remove all trash, party items, vacuum and return keys.

     

    Worship Center, The Hangar, and Studio 3 will incur a space use fee of $150. 

  • We require all outside events to be supported by both an approved Crossroads Production and Crossroads Facilities person(s). If we determine that these individuals are not available to support your event, then you will need to look for another location.

    To ensure your event is supported properly, you will need to provide an Event Coordinator who will communicate with these individuals regarding the details of your event.

    These Crossroads-approved individuals will be acting as Independent Contractors (IC). IC charges will be billed directly by the IC and are separate from those billed by Crossroads Church.

    The amount of Production & Facilities support will be determined by the specifics of the event, and therefore, hours and charges necessary to support the event must be agreed upon by the IC and Event Coordinator PRIOR to the event. 

    Production Support cost is $50/hour and Facilities Support cost is $35/hour.
