Ignite Planning Committee: We have room for volunteers who are interested in playing a bigger role in Ignite Gala planning over the next few years. Join our planning committee to provide input and help drive the direction of future galas. Ignite is a substantial undertaking but so rewarding for our volunteers!
Auction Committee Member: Serve on this committee and help obtain auction item donations for the Ignite Live Auction and Silent Auction. Mid- to high-priced auction items and examples include gift cards for restaurants, spa and fitness, theater, sporting events, lessons, experiences, luxury items, goods and meals, etc.
Sponsorship and Advertising: Work with our lead to help solicit event sponsors and advertisers.
Decorating Committee: Serve on this committee and help devise a theme and/or concept for the Ignite Gala Event. Help to create or gather decorations. Help manage the Ignite gala event decorating needs including set up.
Pre-Event Setup Volunteers: Volunteers will be needed starting at 5:00 PM on Friday, February 28 and Saturday March 1, 2025 to help set up at the event center, Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg.
Event Volunteers: On the night of the event, Saturday, March 1, 2025, we will need volunteers to help with guest check-in, auction item presentation, and on hand for any necessary help throughout the evening. More details to follow.
After Gala Wrap Up: Serve on this committee and help to write thank you letters, send out tax statements and Ignite Gala statements. Much of this work is done at home so a great way to help from home.
