Auction Donations: Reach out to businesses and personal connections to request items, gift cards, and experiences.
Auction Preparation: Organize donations and help assemble packages and displays.
Pre-Event Setup Volunteers: Volunteers will be needed starting at 5:00 PM on Friday, February 26 and Saturday February 27, 2027 to help set up at the event center, Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg.
Decorating: Help bring Denim & Diamonds to life
Event Volunteers: On the night of the event, Saturday, February 27, 2027, we will need volunteers to help with guest check-in, auction item presentation, and on hand for any necessary help throughout the evening. More details to follow.
Clean Up Crew: Help with the transporting decorations and leftover auction items back to the school on Sunday, February 28 (the day after the gala).
After Gala Wrap Up: Serve on this committee and help to write thank you letters, send out tax statements and Ignite Gala statements. Much of this work is done at home so a great way to help from home.
